Summary

miR-130a is captured as part of a 798 gene probe set on a microarray plate for 48 CBF patients In the group of patients defined here, survival characteristics and relapse information was collected to unbiasedly assess the impact of any miRNA on survival

Analysis (4 steps)

View Data Processing
Processing steps for GSE196177
  1. The output of the assay was analyzed by nSolver 4.0 where the mean of the negative spike-in control was used as the threshold of microRNA detection.
  2. With the expression profile table generated, patients were then stratified by miR-130a expression using a median split and a Kaplan-Meier curve was drawn by GraphPad Prism 7.
  3. All counted reads are provided in the count matrix.
  4. Data normalization was conducted within the Ncounter software that used a median cut-off of the negative detection probes
