Summary

RNA-Sequencing to determine transcriptome changes in 22Rv1 cells after knockdown of PSPC1 and SFPQ

Overall Design

sgControl or sgNONO 22Rv1 cells were treated in biological triplicate with sgCtrl ,sgPSPC1, or sgNONO for 72 hours prior to RNA-sequencing. 22Rv1 cells that were overexpressing NONO C145S, Empty vector, or Wild type NONO treated with DMSO (0.04%) or SKBG-1 (R) or SKBG-1 (S) (20µM for 4 hours prior to RNA-sequencing.
