Summary

The single-cell RNA profiles of dissociated 10 pancreatic primary tumors and 6 metastatic biopsies were obtained using the 10x Genomics Chromium platform

Overall Design

Tissues were dissciated using a tumor dissociation kit (Miltenyi Biotec) on a gentleMACSTM Dissociator. Single cell RNA-sequencing was carried out using using the Chromium Single Cell Gene Expression Solution system (v2) by 10x Genomics and an Illumina HiSeq4000 sequencer.
